The most alarming thing is that our society is yet to accept the facts and still demand that men remain unaffected by these issues. It’s a taboo to see a man shed tears and it is a disgrace to show emotions. This should cause you to pause the next time you looking at statistics that show men fall more in depression as compared to women or why they commit suicide some with short lifespans.
